Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
-The item must be unused and in its original condition
-The item must be in its original packaging
-Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

-Items marked as final sale
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange the process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

-Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
-Contact your bank
